Booking terms and conditions for overnight stays.
Please read all terms before booking.
- Booking fee’s are none refundable or transferable. Please ensure you choose the correct date when booking as this can not be moved afterwards. Any advance payments made above the booking fee are also lost if cancelled within 7 days of your stay.
- Accommodation vouchers can not be used against bookings for package deal bookings such as Valentines day/days, New Years Eve or Party Packages. When offering a quote we will make it clear that we are offering a package deal.
- Accommodation vouchers can not be used against bookings that are part of a reduced cost deal. An example of this is our £99 mystery accommodation deal which runs occasionally.
- Prices and check in times can vary from those advertised during events and occasions such as Valentines day, Mothers Day, NYE. Such occasions may be part of a package deal where prices can differ from standard prices and check in times may differ too.
- We offer a glamping experience, please come prepared as you would if you were camping with the exception of bedding. A kettle is provided and a few sachets of tea and coffee (subject to availability) please feel free to bring extra.
- Cooking facilities are not provided and we don’t allow BBQ’s. We do have an on-site bistro bar that opens from 6pm where food and drink is available. If you are ordering in from a local takeaway then we do not provide cutlery or crockery.
- Glassware is not be used in or around the hot tubs.
- Smokers are to use the designated smoking areas and not smoke in or around the accommodation. Electronic cigarettes are not to be used in hot tubs as they are prone to explode when submerged.
- Refunds are not provided for acts of god. We may choose to offer vouchers in such circumstances but this would be at the discretion of management.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your stay. Full payment of any outstanding balance would need to paid for cancellations within 24hours of your stay.
- Lost property will be safely stored for 7 days. After this time we will donate any uncollected items to charity. Any items rejected from charity outlets will be disposed of.
- We take a £20 security deposit that is returned when you check out and hand in your key. This will be withheld if there are any damages to the accommodation. If the damages exceed £20 then you will be charged up to the value of the damage. Failure to cover damage costs may result in legal action being taken to recover the costs.
- All guests are asked to keep noise to a sociable level from 10pm to ensure the comfort of all guests. Anybody making excessive noise may be asked to leave with no refund given.
- Hot tubs can be enjoyed until midnight. Guests are asked not to use hot tubs after this time or in the morning before leaving. Cleaning cycles can happen after midnight so PH levels may not be safe and we would accept no responsibility for skin irritation.
- Safety guidelines are situated near all hot tubs. These will be highlighted to you at check in. We accept not responsibility for any bodily harm or damage to personal effects for anybody not adhering to the safety guidelines.
- Once checked in your booking is considered honoured. Should you need to leave early for any reason then no refund would be given as the facilities have still been used and will need to be reset and sanitised as normal.
- A complimentary English breakfast is provided. While we always try to satisfy our guests requirements, please note that not all requests can be honoured to specific preferences.
- Free parking is available in our car park which is under 24 hour surveillance. Please note that cars are left at the owners risk and we accept no responsibility for damage to your vehicle. Furthermore, if CCTV footage is requested but not retrievable due to technical issues then we are not responsible for this either.
- No extra guests other than those included on the booking are permitted to stay over or use facilities. Any guests. Any guests that wish to visit and not stay over would need to be pre-approved by management.
- No pets are permitted in or near our accommodation.
- No Sellotape, confetti, confetti filled balloons or real/artificial rose petals are to be used in any of our accommodation.
